There was a time when we all thought celebrities were just magically better looking than everyone else. Things have come a long way thanks to IG, reality TV, and beauty filters... In other words, now we can all get a little help. And let's face it—most of the following stars aren't just using makeup! ;)

Okay, we've got to word this sensitively to incur the wrath of the Swifties. While Tay Tay is clearly a good-looking lady, even without makeup, she's giving us serious 'mean teen mom' energy here. Like, the sorta lady you really don't want to run into while wearing your pajamas at the school gate.

Katy Perry

Does Katy Perry look even better without makeup? Guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but those big blues look bigger, brighter, and better without all that eyeliner. Then again, it really isn't the done thing for California Girls to go without. And the pink hair is certainly a good look.
